You came to Florida for a reason. Some want to relax and some want to see all the area attractions. Below is a brief list of area attractions. There is something for everyone! You can also ask your neighbors here at the park for suggestions. As you might know, Nature Coast Landings is one of the friendliest parks in Florida! Let us guarantee a fun time for you.
The Cross Florida Barge Canal
Accessible just past the entrance to Nature Coast Landings RV Park, the Cross Florida Barge Canal, now officially the Marjorie Harris Carr Cross Florida Greenway is a protected green belt corridor. It is named for the leader of opposition to the Cross Florida Barge Canal, a canal project to connect the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean across Florida for barge traffic. Two sections were built but the project was cancelled, mainly for environmental reasons. You can boat or bike to Lake Rousseau to the east and to the west to the Gulf of Mexico from Nature Coast Landings RV Resort!


Three Sisters - A Manatee Home
Three Sisters is a beautiful crystal river which is the winter home to hundreds of Manatees. This is a heart stopping vision that you really can not see anywhere else! These gentle giants will keep your camera clicking away with every turn. A must see in the area.
River Safaris-Air Boat Rides
Take a thrilling air boat ride across the beautiful crystal clear water in the Crystal River area. Travel out to the Gulf of Mexico and around the Nature Coast islands to see the natural wonders of this prime coast journey.


Crystal River Trolley to Three Sisters
The trolley is a great way to see some of the sights as well as an easy way to get to the Three Sisters Springs to take in the Manatees in season (Nov. to March). During the off season, the trolley runs on Friday, Saturday and Sunday only. The trolley takes you to the boardwalk at Three Sisters and has various trolley stops along the way.
Crystal River State Parks
The Archaeological State Park is actually a fresh example of some of the most occupied sites in Florida. The park rests on the brink of a pricey coastal marsh. In the past, everyone would travel long distances only to conduct trades around here. Another pretty interesting fact is that anglers may catch freshwater fish here, as well. All in all, the lovely park represents an essential part of the Great Florida Birding Trail. Also check out the Preserve State Park and explore a part of original Florida!


Crystal River Old City Hall
The Old City Hall is a recognizable and prominent building on the Treasure Coast of Florida. This unusual architectural design features Mediterranean and neoclassical type styles. The architects sought to design one of Crystal Rivers most prominent buildings, and they succeeded.

There are many more fun and entertaining things to do in the Crystal River/Homosassa area. If you're a car racing fan, check out the Citrus County Speedway and Track. A stunning thick palm and a cedar hammock awaits all travelers on the Churchhouse Hammock Trail, The Bicentennial Skate Park is a wonderful place where you can find 3 baseball fields on one side of the park and 4 softball areas on the other side. Also, there is a skate court for those who are fond of skating. Make your visit a bit more adventurous by riding the waters in Crystal River. You can actually rent a kayak, canoe or john-boat, And don't forget Hand-Crafted Wines produced by Copp Winery, on site, in Citrus County at our Crystal River Florida winery from the finest domestic and imported grapes and juices...
